Menu system

Spent some time working on the menu system + screen change controller + sound system. I am getting more and more excited for this game...

Note: there are a few empty screens, which are for save management, level selection, and character creation. The usual flow, for an existing save, is clicking new game > slot x; and then you'll be taken to your game.
