Crash effect + health bars

I've added crash effects (particles) and health bars. The idea is that you can win a race by getting through all the laps, or cause your opponent to crash enough to be knocked out of the race. Literally. 

So far, nothing happens when the health bar empties; but I have interesting things planned...
